Strategic Guidance for Creative Teams
Helping teams focus, simplify, and make smarter calls.
Consulting & Event Speaking
Not every problem needs more output. Some need better questions, clearer direction, or someone willing to say the quiet part out loud. My consulting work lives in that space—helping teams, leaders, and organizations cut through noise, align around what actually matters, and make smarter creative decisions faster.
I bring a hybrid perspective that’s hard to fake: deep hands-on experience paired with senior-level thinking. I’ve spent years inside real creative environments—leading projects, navigating stakeholders, building systems, and shipping work under real constraints. That context matters. It means the advice isn’t theoretical; it’s grounded in how creative work actually gets made.
Consulting can take many forms. Sometimes it’s brand and creative direction—helping define positioning, sharpen a point of view, or evaluate work with clarity and taste. Other times it’s stepping in as a sounding board for leadership, guiding teams through ambiguity, or helping unblock projects that have stalled under too many opinions and too little direction.
Public speaking is an extension of the same skill set. Whether speaking to a room of creatives, executives, or a mix of both, I focus on translating complex ideas into clear, engaging narratives people can actually use. Talks often center on brand clarity, creative decision-making, leadership, and the intersection of strategy and craft—delivered with honesty, humor, and practical takeaways rather than platitudes.
You won’t find a single “consulting style” in the work below, because the real value isn’t visual. It shows up in alignment, momentum, and confidence—teams knowing what they’re trying to make and why. The goal is always the same: fewer maybes, stronger decisions, and creative work that moves forward with purpose instead of hesitation.
